The Only Cost...

Matthew 6:14-15 (The Message)

14-15"In prayer there is a connection between what God does and what you do.

You can't get forgiveness from God, for instance, without also forgiving others. If you refuse to do your part, you cut yourself off from God's part. If our greatest need had been information, God would have sent an educator. If our greatest need had been technology, God would have sent us a scientist. If our greatest need had been money, God would have sent us an economist. But since our greatest need was forgiveness, God sent us a Savior.

Late today. I went up for a local kayak race and had a great time! Thanks J and B!

Forgiveness is unique to Christianity.

It doesn't cost anything;

You don't have to do anything;

You don't have to remember anything;

It is not brutal

Forgiveness is the recognizing that Christ came to this world to forgive us.

God felt it was so important he all his perfect son to be crucified so we could receive the benefit of the forgiveness Christ offers.

It is the only cost... A great cost as forgiveness needs to reign in my life today on the Adventure in Middle Grove.
