Proverbs 15:13 - "A happy heart makes the face cheerful, but heartache crushes the spirit." (NIV)
One of the things I notice during this time of the year is many people are stressed about what they need to do for the holidays. It is also a time where memories and possibilities come to the forefront of consciousness.
Contentment can be seen on the face of a person but deep heartache can be something goes to the core of the soul.
This Christmas season I am preparing for happy heart with friends and family on the Adventure in Middle Grove.
