Do it in Bed

26"In your anger do not sin": Do not let the sun go down while you are still angry,

Ephesians 4:26 (New International Version)

Yesterday I talked about forgiveness and what it means to forgive. Much of forgiveness starts with this verse. I should never let the sun go down being angry. This is the key to the beginning of forgiveness.

Too many times, anger is taken to bed, or not;

Too many times the sun goes down and the anger is still festering;

Too many times the issues of today become the anger of tomorrow;

Too many times the selfishness of the individual over rides the good of resolution;

Strive to day to not let the sun go down where there are relationships that need healing. Start the process. Don't be afraid to initiate the conversation.

Let the gentleness of my soul be the guiding principle as the walk on the path continues on the Adventure in Middle Grove.
