Playing goal a few times week is hot stuff! All the other players get a chance to rest but I need to stay on the ice for 1.5 hours, non stop. At the end of the game, a cold drink is a refreshing change from the heat of the game.

Some times in the heat of battle of life, a cold drink is not to be found. The thirst continues to parch the mouth and the soul.

Good news like a cold drink is a welcome entity in the struggles of every day life.

One thing I have learned is the cold drink of life can come from the most unlikely place and offer refreshment to the soul.
