What do I find myself holding onto most often? What is my source of security, reassurance, hope, and stability in times of trouble? What do I encourage folks to do and who do I encourage
them to hold onto during times of trouble?

Dear God and Father, please be with a number of people I now that are undergoing great trials and temptations. Use me to bless them and encourage them. Please uphold them by your powerful hand. Finally, dear Father, strengthen and empower them to hold on to you.
